The documented practice

WWE’s facility feature describes trainees recording and reviewing their work on the center’s tablets, alongside input from experienced coaches. This is a historical description of the facility, not a current public training schedule.

A small review loop

Editorial adaptation for an ordinary school: with your coach’s and partner’s permission, review a short recording from your own session. Choose one moment, describe what happened without judging it, and ask the coach for one correction. Apply that correction at the next supervised session.

What to look for

• Can you identify who is leading and who is responding?
• Does your movement keep the referee and the audience’s view in mind?
• Does the performance still communicate the intended idea without commentary?

Pitfalls

Do not share a partner’s training footage without consent. Do not choose feedback solely by how spectacular a move looks on camera. A clear, repeatable exchange is a better review target than a compilation of highlights.
